As our Digital & Operations Officer, you will be at the heart of our mission—processing grants, supporting our members, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless operations through cutting-edge digital tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and track grant applications using Salesforce
- Provide crucial support to colleagues, trustees, and stakeholders
- Coordinate and provide hands on support for events that bring together colleagues and key changemakers
- Ensure compliance and data protection best practices
- Support our Membership and Grant Partner community to engage with our work
Who You Are:
- A CRM pro (Salesforce experience? Even better!)
- A digital enthusiast who embraces new tech and AI for efficiency
- An organiser with attention to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people at all levels
- A self-starter who thrives in a small, predominantly home based team

Location: Remote/hybrid/office-based
Hours: 18-21/week (Mon-Thurs)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 FTE dependent on experience.
