At the Educational Opportunity Foundation, we believe every young person deserves the chance to succeed. As our Digital & Operations Officer, you will be at the heart of our mission—processing grants, supporting our members, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless operations through cutting-edge digital tools.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and track grant applications using Salesforce
  • Provide crucial support to colleagues, trustees, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and provide hands on support for events that bring together colleagues and key changemakers
  • Ensure compliance and data protection best practices
  • Support our Membership and Grant Partner community to engage with our work

Who You Are:

  • A CRM pro (Salesforce experience? Even better!)
  • A digital enthusiast who embraces new tech and AI for efficiency
  • An organiser with attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people at all levels
  • A self-starter who thrives in a small, predominantly home based team

Location: Remote/hybrid/office-based

Hours: 18-21/week (Mon-Thurs)

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 FTE dependent on experience.
